Gormet burger with sesame bun and sauce

Published in Our Blog

A hamburger (also called a beef burger, hamburger sandwich, burger or hamburg) is a sandwich consisting of one or more cooked patties of ground meat, usually beef, placed inside a sliced bun. Hamburgers are often served with lettuce, bacon, tomato, onion, pickles, cheese and condiments such as mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and green chilli pepper.[1]

The term "burger" can also be applied to the meat patty on its own, especially in the UK where the term "patty" is rarely used. The term may be prefixed with the type of meat used, as in "turkey burger" (ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamburger).

Our take on this popular sandwich has been a great reputation builder. Our burger is made from fresh and quality sourced ingredients. We have researched and derived at a recipe that produces a unique taste that rivals most high-end gourmet brands.

This version would be a generic and quick one most can cook. We promise you would get a better tasting sandwich than any fast food restaurant offer and the pleasurable feeling creating a delicious accomplishment.

You can enjoy these beef burgers cooked indoors on a griddle or outdoors on a barbecue grill. Also, we advice to make a few, freeze them for future when you want to fire up the barbecue. Economical and healthy way of fast food(ing).

Let's get on with it...
