SUYA
Meat rubbed-in with authentic Hausa dry spice mix then barbecued over a charcoal fire.
BURGERS
Beef Chicken or Turkey burgers, whatever you desire, we would deliver a tasty grilled burger patty.
GOURMET BURGERS
Our gourmet burger is made from fresh and quality sourced ingredients and cooked to produce a unique taste that rivals most.
SPARE RIBS
Rack of ribs soaked, for 24 hours, in a spiced soy sauce based marinade and grilled over a charcoal fire for that smokey taste.
PORK BELLY
Similar to spare ribs but with more meat on the bone and juicy. Slabs of belly soaked, for 24 hours, in a spiced soy sauce based marinade and slowly cooked in a charcoal smoker for that unique taste.
BBQ CHICKEN
Prepared with our very special dry rub and cooked slowly in our authentic Caribbean charcoal oil drum smoker.

 

JERK CHICKEN
Chicken soaked overnight in a spicy jerk sauce and cooked slowly in our authentic Caribbean charcoal oil drum smoker.
WHOLE LAMB & HOG ROAST
Spit barbecued whole lamb/hog and usually serves 50 guests.
BBQ WINGS
Charcoal grilled chicken wings garnished very lightly with a spicy sauce and generously with finely chopped spring onions.
LAMB ROAST
Leg of lamb richly marinate with herbs and spices, then slow cooked in our drum smokers to fall off the bone perfection.
LAMB CHOPS
Minty chops flamed and cooked over charcoal grill.
STEAKS
Salt and pepper seasoned steaks cooked to juicy tenderness.
HOTDOGS
Pork, Chicken or Turkey hotdogs, whatever you desire. A kid's party favourite anytime.

FISH & SEAFOOD

MONIKA FISH
Grilled Tilapia or Croaker to flaky succulent goodness and served with fried plantains and a spicy red sauce.
SALMON
Perfectly grilled and flamed Salmon steaks served on a bed of crispy salads.

 

TIGER PRAWNS
Tiger prawn marinated in garlic and butter then cook over a charcoal grill and garnish with lemon wedges.
LOBSTERS
Split lobster tails topped with a lemon-herb mixture and grilled to produce a light and flavorful experience.

Grilled patties made from meat substitute product served sitting on a bed of fresh lettuce and tomato slices.

FRESH SWEET SALADS (V)
Fresh and crispy, drizzled down with a selection of dressings.
COLESLAW (V)
Shredded cabbage, desiccated coconut and a sprinkling of raisins, mixed together with spiced vinegar.
SALSA (V)
Diced fresh tomatoes mixed with chopped coriander, garlic, chilies, onion and extra virgin oil.

 

GRILLED BANANAS & ICE CREAM (V)
Sliced bananas drizzled with honey and sprinkled with a mix of sugar and cinnamon then grilled and served with soft scoops of ice cream.
GRILLED PINEAPPLES & ICE CREAM (V)
Pineapple wedges coated in a simple mix of spiced brown sugar, grilled to a sweet deliciousness and served with scoops of soft ice cream.

MAN & GRILL

RENT
Hire of just the grills or smokers and source the meat yourself. We will deliver to your door and give you a full demonstration of how to use the grills.
FOOD ONLY
We would source the meat and marinate them with our authentic arrays of spices and marinades. We would deliver the food to your doorstep or if you prefer, we can arrange for collection
COOKED FOOD
All you have to do is give us the time and place. Food will be cooked on the day of delivery. All you then have to do is continue to maintain the heat using a chafing dish or reheat the food, and serve in your own time. Collection option is available

 

ON-SITE CATERING
We will Deliver, Cook and Serve. Food will be cooked on site and served to your guest by our professional waiting staff or if you prefer alternate serving arrangements can be decided on.
MAN & CHEF
If you prefer to source your meat and season or marinate it yourself, we can come on the day, fire up the grills and do the cooking. Yes! we are that flexible.
